The Role:
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing performance-driven strategies across various channels to optimize ROI and achieve client's business goals. We are looking for folks who know what good looks like, but who are flexible, resourceful, self-driven, and excited to join us on our adventure to help determine the right near-term and long-term steps for our acquisition strategy.
What we are looking for:
You have 5+ years of digital marketing experience
Worked at some of the top media agencies (GroupM, IPG, Dentsu, etc.) or in-house brand teams
Exceptional paid media skills on platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Capable of independently managing client accounts with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality of work
Data oriented, having a sound understanding of mobile user behavior and its analytics, can supervise and implement campaigns based on performance data
A strong sense for brand and details; a keen eye for creative that gets results
Excellent communication skills
Low ego and ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities:
Campaign Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, display, social media, and email
Data Analysis: Utilize analytics and data insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Optimizations: Regularly analyze performance campaign results and make ongoing recommendations for decisions across spend, targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages.
Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine and enhance campaign strategies continuously
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative and content teams, to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives
